Scope of activities
SCOPE Joint Action is a multi-country initiative that aims to address the challenges pharmacovigilance professionals face in the European Union. It aims to provide NCAs with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to better perform pharmacovigilance activities. As part of the project, a workshop was held in Brussels, Belgium. This workshop focused on a number of questions regarding the extraterritorial activities of TNCs.
In addition to addressing questions related to pharmacovigilance and regulation of TNCs, the workshop also addressed the issue of effective sanctions. It was considered that states have to ensure that TNCs do not commit serious violations of human rights and the rule of law in areas that are considered weak governance zones.
The SCOPE Joint Action project was supported by a General Advisory Board composed of representatives from independent organizations. They provided strategic advice and guidance on the project. These inputs enabled the delivery of high-quality outputs. SCOPE is widely recognized both at national and international levels and has attracted considerable interest from stakeholders.

Reimbursements
If you’re looking to attend a conference or workshop in Brussels, you should know that you can get reimbursed. Organizers will cover all costs incurred by you, including accommodation and travel. They will also provide you with a small stipend to help offset the cost of your trip.
The Office of Human Resources will process reimbursement requests for workshops and conferences. In order to qualify, you need to show proof of registration. Generally, you must complete the application process and submit all documents within six months of the event. However, there are certain exceptions. These exceptions must be approved by an Associate Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.
The Office of Human Resources requires participants to provide supporting documents for reimbursement. For example, they must supply the original receipts for all expenses incurred. Also, you will need to provide a personal statement explaining why you wish to attend the event.
